Koawood Coffee is a micro-batch roastery that specializes in bringing you the finest specialty coffee the world has to offer. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a better cup of coffee by always roasting fresh to order.
Why buy freshly roasted coffee?
Because it tastes better! Your coffee will have more distinct flavors that are unique to your favorite origin when freshly roasted. You'll also get more of that delicious crema in your shot of espresso. Coffee is the most flavorful when consumed within two weeks of roasting.
Which coffee should I choose?
In general, lighter roasts will have more caffeine content and highlight more flavors of the bean's origin. If you like lots of cream in your coffee, check out some of our darker roasts. Beans from Brazil and Indonesia are traditionally great for espresso. Also, our Signature Blends are equally awesome as both coffee and espresso! We're here to help when you're ready to try something new!

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. The entire checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption, and we never see or share your personal information.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship via USPS Priority and charge a flat-rate fee for all orders. We always ship the same day your coffee is roasted. You'll receive a tracking number at the email address you provided when ordering. If you're near the Yorkville, IL area, save on shipping costs and choose In-Person Pickup!
